This policy explains how I process your personal data when you visit ivanmanez.com or contact me, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data I process
- Data you provide in the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), the area in which you need to make progress and the content of your message.
- Data you send me by email if you write to me directly.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, which the server logs for security purposes.
- Website usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies, as explained in the cookie policy.
Please do not include special categories of data, such as health data, in your message, or personal data relating to third parties that is not necessary for your enquiry.

I do not use your data to send you commercial communications without your consent, nor to make automated decisions that affect you.
4. How long I keep your data
- Enquiries: for as long as necessary to deal with them and, at most, one year after the last contact if we do not start a professional relationship.
- Professional relationship: for its duration and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation and retention periods, such as those set by tax legislation.
- Form submission control: to prevent abuse, the time of each submission is temporarily recorded together with an encrypted identifier of the IP address, without the content of the message. This record is discarded after one hour.
- Server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
- Analytics data: as set out in the cookie policy.
5. Who may access your data
I do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service, I rely on providers that process data on my behalf, with whom I have the corresponding data processing agreements:
- Hospedaje y Dominios (hospedajeydominios.com): web hosting and email, with servers in the European Union.
- Google Ireland Limited: email management via Gmail, which receives a copy of messages sent to hola@ivanmanez.com; website statistics via Google Analytics, only if you accept it; and the Google Fonts typeface service.
6. International transfers
Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as ensuring an adequate level of protection.
The typefaces on this website are loaded from Google Fonts servers. To display them, your browser connects to those servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in presenting the website correctly and consistently.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to hola@ivanmanez.com. Please state which right you wish to exercise. If I have reasonable doubts about your identity, I may ask you for additional information to confirm it.
If you consider that your data has not been processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
8. Mandatory data
Your name, email address and message are required in the contact form. Without them I cannot respond to your enquiry. The company field is optional.
9. Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and businesses. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
10. Security
I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), protection of the form against automated submissions and restricted access to information.
11. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in the services used. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
